It is a kind of fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants thing. You just take a chicken breast, cube up some cream cheese. Add salt, pepper, season salt (whatever flavors you want). Put a couple of the blocks of cream cheese on the chicken breast. Add a handful of cheddar cheese. Take four pieces of bacon, laying two horizontally and two vertically so you can lay the breasts in the center of the "T" you just made. Wrap the bacon around the chicken - move to a foil lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning over half-way through. Turn the temp up to 500 degrees and bake another 10 minutes, until bacon is crunchy. Enjoy!
